Over the span of our corporate relocations as well as retirement moves, we bought and sold 17 homes.

Additionally, shortly after retirement I sold real estate for a number of years (now retired), so we are fairly experienced when it comes to real estate transactions and dealing with realtors. Working with Olga was a truly positive experience. We met her while looking at homes in the current area in which we live. She was always quick to respond and very helpful in answering any of our questions. As a result, we worked with Olga in the purchase of our current home. This particular transaction proved to be a challenge with a seller who was highly difficult to work with. Olga went above and beyond in working to make it as smooth as possible. We also used her to sell our previous home, which she did on first day of listing. We cannot recommend Olga highly enough! She is a true professional and very knowledgeable in her trade. "Ms. Olga Brock was a pleasure to work with. I interviewed three agents before hiring her firm. She knew the area and what the home and property were worth. The house sold quickly and the buyers loved it. The entire process was quick and easy.She also took an interest in helping improve the neighborhood by making sure some shady characters who were trespassing were encouraged to leave the area. She managed this by notifying other absentee homeowners of their squatting, having them ask the police to ensure trespassers were warned to move along, and now the entire neighborhood has come outside and met their neighbors and are watching out for each other. In less than two months, she improved the entire neighborhood. Really impressive. If you are selling or purchasing in South Sarasota County, I strongly recommend Ms. Olga Brock."
